| Abstract | ||
| A sewer and water systems vital part of the net system infrastructure and perform very important functions of modern cities. And that the lack of networks, sewage treatment in cities pay residents to follow techniques that are incorrect in the discharge of this water without taking into account environmental and spatial effects, leading to negative consequences on the environment and public health. Due to the lack of a network of sewage treatment in the city of Baquba, some people resorted to override deliver sewage to their homes and their shops and even some official circles, to the sewage network of rain water in some areas of the city, which is a network of old and Mthrih for the most part , as well as the limited capacity of the discharge, in addition to it not originally designed for this purpose, as well as overtaking on the sewerage network, which is under construction which led to the suffocation of these networks and the leakage of water from this Alteixrat in them to the surface of the ground and into its interior. On the other hand, the lack of pure water product to the city's population and the existence of scarcity in the whole city and much-in some neighborhoods, residents pay people to encroach upon the network as well as a hole Alananep main or subsidiary in an attempt to gain access to better sources of water and not to seal these openings they inflicted which leads to contamination of drinking water with sewage leaks and thus cause negative effects of pollution on public health of the population. So came this research to demonstrate aspects of this problem and the spatial distribution in the city of Baquba, some health effects, as its two sections, taking up first the nature and motives of these abuses in the revival of the city and ensure that the second section the other side of the problem, a health effects in the limits of testing bacterial conducted by the departments of water and the environment in the city . | ||
