Abstract
Objectives: Demonstrating the effect of the maximum and minimum temperature on poultry farming, as well as the direct impact of these degrees on poultry farming, and indirectly on the activity of bacteria and viruses that help the activity of most diseases that affect poultry and to indicate the effect of the maximum and minimum temperatures. Methodology: The research adopted a number of approaches descriptive approach by collecting information and data related and tabulating them for the purpose of reaching accurate scientific results, whether descriptive or tabular numerical and analytical approach in order to analyze indicators and their variation. Results: The study showed that the deficiency and faltering in the production of poultry projects in Anbar province is not only due to backwardness, but is mostly due to sudden weather fluctuations above the permissible limit that the bird bears, as well as the failure to invest the total capacity available in those projects, which leads to the death of a large number of poultry. Conclusion: The study concluded that the minimum temperature borne by the bird from the first week until the age of the bird is completed, both according to his own need, the rise and fall of this degree directly affects productivity and quality and thus the possibility of delivering it to the consumer with the least harmful costs and the sustainability of production in quantity and quality. Here the research diagnoses the negative effects of temperatures on poultry farming, trying to highlight the possibility of avoiding the effects of these degrees and the rate of recurrence and making climatic characteristics a gain in the success of production and ensuring its fit. Recommendations: Poultry breeders should know the days when temperatures rise and fall by following the weather forecasts to avoid losses by providing appropriate heat for the bird, and work and raise or reduce feed when temperatures rise in the external environment that surrounds the poultry breeding halls.
