Abstract
Public health is the protection of citizens from dangers that may affect or threaten their health through out the spread of epidemics, infectious diseases, pollution, waste, factory smoke, and sewage waste because they form a long-term danger, and from here it was necessary to take measures and means to prevent their spread, or at least reducing them, and this can only be through the cooperation of the administration in the field of control, as a preventive function whose goal is to preserve public health which It is a human and social requirement for any member of society, because there is no work except with health, and there is no comfort except with health, and because it is a main and essential purpose for the progress of societies and the development of their people. Promoting Public health is considered one of the main goals that societies seek to achieve by providing effective preventive and curative means, which aim to conslidate the prosperity of the human right to maintain public health in order achieve a healthy society to prevail in which all necessary means and measures are available and upgraded through cooperation with all institutions and in various fields.
