| Abstract | ||
| It is recognized that the morale of individuals (Employee Morale) of great importance. Where is a measure of the effectiveness of the performance of individuals. If the morale is high, individuals that lead to desired outcomes are variable and functions of individuals belonging to a number of independent explanatory variables (environmental variables set, a set of variables and the organizational and human behavioral, technical, administrative and economic of the Interior). In the sense that any function is in need of constant review in order to achieve their purpose, but has become outdated is inappropriate. This means that other problems in productivity and wages, incentives and belonging and morale because of work absenteeism and turnover and delays, strikes and other (Hrhouc, Salem, 2000, 348). Through Almarjah citations for a number of authors, this study will show the importance of working conditions and the relationship of association and its impact on the morale of the workers, especially in terms of human resources management. | ||
