| Abstract | ||
| Summary Keywords (work, woman, marital, custody). The true Islamic religion recognized the human right to work without discrimination between one sex and another, in a way that guarantees a decent life for this person. In this context, the issue of women's right to work emerged in application of the principle of equality. However, this issue stems from multiple problems related to the impact of this work on her marital rights, such as alimony, custody, etc., which is a motive for studying this subject.
