| Abstract | ||
| The research aims to measure the actual fiscal space available in the Iraqi budget through its four sources (rearranging spending priorities, mobilizing domestic resources, public debt, and foreign aid), as well as measuring the expected fiscal space from these sources in the future, and showing how to benefit from the fiscal space. It is expected to finance the economic sector address its problems related to financing and prevent them from worsening in the distant future. the integrated moving media model (ARIMA) was adopted to predict the fiscal space. its contribution to the gross domestic product. | ||
