Abstract
We discuss in this topic the nature of partnership contracts, their adaptation, and the extent of the jurisdiction of the administrative judiciary to resolve disputes that may arise from these contracts. The practical reality has proven the inability of one sector alone to satisfy the general needs of society, especially with the recurring financial crises that strike countries and lead to the accumulation of debt and their inability to finance projects, and the resulting damage to the level of services provided to individuals. We will rely on the analytical approach, which is based on extrapolating the legal texts related to partnership contracts as well as the role of the administrative judiciary, in addition to relying on the comparative approach whenever necessary, to reach the desired results from our research. This requires us to determine the nature of partnership contracts and then determine the legal system and the judiciary competent to hear the disputes arising from them Thus, we will divide our research into two sections: We devote the first section to introducing partnership contracts in terms of explaining their nature and characteristics. In the second section, we will discuss the jurisdictions of the administrative judicial judiciary and its jurisdictions in the field of partnership contracts.
