Abstract
The governor's government to decide on it, and the deputy governor of the government provinces, where he is the first chief executive of the government administration, and the deputy governor of the governor, which leads to obstruction of the functioning of the public facility in the governorates of the government. The problem of the research requires searching for a solution to some problems, including the silence of the law regarding dealing with the governor’s resignation at a time when the governorate council is not present. To whom will the request for his resignation be submitted? Will the deputy governor replace him? As for the structure of the research, it was divided into two sections. The first section deals with the procedures for electing the governor and with two demands. The first section presents the selection of the governor through election, and the second deals with issuing a presidential decree appointing the governor. The second section was to explain the governor’s resignation in light of the end of the work of the provincial councils, and with two demands the first decided to talk about ending The work of the governorate councils. The second involves submitting a resignation request in light of the end of the work of the governorate councils.
