| Abstract | ||
| The study delves into the role of administrative control in achieving sustainable development in society. Administrative control aims to safeguard public order by regulating individuals' exercise of their freedoms and private activities. This is executed through measures that restrict these freedoms, with the severity varying depending on the type of freedom being restricted. In exceptional circumstances, administrative control expands its role to confront challenges, deviating from the norm of regular legitimacy and adopting the principle of exceptional legitimacy. Administrative authorities have a range of means to preserve public order without infringing upon individuals' freedoms within society. The study emphasizes the importance of ensuring that measures and decisions taken by administrative control achieve a fair balance between maintaining public order and respecting the rights and freedoms of individuals. It is advisable for the regulations and legislation related to administrative control to be clear and understandable for everyone to avoid arbitrariness. Administrative authorities should consider the social and economic conditions of communities affected by their decisions. Measures should be balanced and aimed at achieving sustainable development and social justice. It is preferable for the measures and decisions taken by administrative control authorities to strike a fair balance between maintaining public order and respecting the rights and freedoms of individuals. | ||
