Abstract
    يهدف البحث الحالي الى تشخيص واقع ممارسات الزخم الاستراتيجي بأبعاده (البصيرة المشتركة(الرؤية)، التمكين، الالتزام الجماعي) في تغيير وتطوير المعمارية التنظيمية من قبل القيادات الادارية في مديرية التدريب والتأهيل كونها محلاً لتطبيق البحث،  وبما يسهم في رفع قدرتها على تكييف وتطوير معماريتها التنظيمية لتتلاءم  ومتطلبات مدخلات وزارة الداخلية من منسوبين ليكونوا اكثر قدرة على التعامل مع متطلبات العمل الامني المستجد والمتغير باضطراد مستمر، وانطلاقاً من مشكلة وأهمية البحث في المنظمات الحكومية وما تؤديه مديرية التدريب والتأهيل من دور حيوي  في المجتمع العراقي الامني بصورة عامة، ورفد القطاعات الامنية لوزارة الداخلية بصورة خاصة بالمورد البشري المؤهل لإداء الخدمة والمهام التي تطلب منه, جرى اعتماد المنهج (الوصفي – التحليلي) في اكمال وانجاز البحث  والمستند لاستقصاء اراء العينة من خلال استبانة تضمنت (38) فقرة، وزعت على مديري الاقسام والشعب في المديرية، وقد جمعت البيانات من (104) مستجيب، يمثلون عينة من مجتمع القيادات الكلي للمديرية، فضلاً عن استعمال مجموعة من الأساليب الإحصائية المتمثلة بـ(الاوساط الحسابية، الانحراف المعياري، معامل الارتباط بيرسون، الانحدار الخطي المتعدد والبسيط) عبر الحزمة الإحصائية(SPSS V 28,  Excel 2010)، لتظهر ابرز نتيجة بوجود تأثير للزخم الاستراتيجي في المعمارية التنظيمية بشكل اجمالي ومن خلال ابعاد الزخم الاستراتيجي (التمكين والالتزام الجماعي) الموجهة لتحسين المعمارية في المديرية.
