Abstract
The goal of the research is to identify the training needs of the educational supervisor and the specialist in the light of the evaluation of the practice of their supervisory competencies as realized by teachers and teachers of physical education and the descriptive analytical approach was relied on to suit it with the goals of the research, and the research community included teachers and teachers of physical education in government schools in the city of Mosul, where the community included (827) a teacher and teacher of sports education, including (583) teachers and (244) teachers. As for the research sample, it was chosen in the random way (233), which constitutes (28%) of both sexes of the research community. The researchers used the analysis of sources, questionnaire and personal interview, and a questionnaire was prepared to assess the supervisory competencies of the educational supervisor from the point of view of physical education teachers, and the questionnaire in its final form is from (67) a paragraph divided into and after confirming the scientific : the method of midterm retail and the method of alpha teachers. competencies, human relations competencies and curricula competencie.
