Abstract
The aim of the research is to identify the level of organizational flexibility with its dimensions and factors in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences in Iraq, the descriptive approach was followed by the survey method, and the research sample consisted of (66) individuals, (20) of them were Division officials and (46) members of councils The faculties are divided into (6) faculties, and in analyzing the data, the percentage was used. The researchers concluded that there is a high level of organizational flexibility with its dimensions (operational, human, strategic, organizational structure in the faculties of physical education and sports sciences. As for the factors of organizational flexibility, most of them came between the level of (medium - very high) with the exception of the phrase (alternative sources are available in the college to compensate for the shortage of teachers and staff, and the phrase that the college puts multiple options to compensate for the financial shortfall in its budget) which got a low level.
