Abstract
The importance of the study lies in identifying the level of administrative and financial stability of the Iraqi sports organizations. These organizations have great importance represented in their responsibility for the youth and sports sector. The research aims to: - Preparing a questionnaire to identify the administrative and financial stability of Iraqi sports organizations. - Identifying the level of administrative and financial stability of the Iraqi sports organizations. The research community included the heads of Iraqi sports organizations and institutions, which are: (the Iraqi Ministry of Youth and Sports, the Iraqi National Olympic Committee, its Olympic and non-Olympic sports federations, the Iraqi National Paralympic Committee and its affiliated federations, and the Iraqi non-institutional sports clubs). After completing the scientific parameters (content validity, arbitrators’ sincerity, internal consistency, and stability) for the administrative and financial stability tool and making the necessary adjustments in the light of the analyzes that resulted from the scientific transactions, the tool has settled in its final form on (33) items (Appendix 1) distributed over two axes and by ( 17) paragraphs for administrative stability, and (16) paragraphs for financial stability. The most important conclusions: 1- Preparing a questionnaire to identify the administrative and financial stability of Iraqi sports organizations. 2- The level of stability of the Iraqi sports organizations as a whole has appeared to be average. 3- The level of administrative stability of Iraqi sports organizations was average. 4- The level of financial stability of Iraqi sports organizations appeared to be average
