| Abstract | ||
| In this paper, two types of queuing systems are modelled and analyzed. These systemsare: single waiting line and multi channel queue and multi queue and multi channel queue.The performance of the two systems is analyzed using the simulated and analytical method.The waiting time of the two systems is evaluated. Hence, the optimum system is determined. | ||
