An employee may commit a crime, and this crime may be committed during the job or sometimes because of it. Here, this crime must affect the employee’s relationship with the job and his job position, and at other times he commits it away from the job. Here, it is necessary to distinguish between two types of crimes. The first is crimes. Dishonorable crimes that may end the job association because they cause him to be removed from the job permanently because he has lost one of the conditions of employment (not committing a crime against honor), and the second is crimes that are not against honor, in which the employee is dismissed during the period that the employee is in the penal institution, and during the period that the employee is He has lost his freedom, whether due to investigation in the competent institution or after being sentenced when he is in penal institutions. The employee here has his hand withdrawn, which affects promotion, salary, employment relationship, and other issues.
