Anthropology plays a major role in scientific, humanitarian, and cognitive studies. It studies humans, the history of their development, the characteristics of their personalities, the nature of their behavior, the factors and circumstances that affected them, and how they adapt to different environments, communicate, and socialize, until it represents the cornerstone for reading political and social reality, and drawing up policies, public opinion, and developing plans and programs, especially when it comes to public opinion in those countries, and how to influence it and then move it in the desired direction, according to what is required by the interests of the countries or parties interested in dealing with public opinion as a primary actor in policy-making in those countries. The importance of the research lies in that it attempts to link the nature and characteristics of the individual personality, which represents the basic building block of the societal personality, and the science of anthropology, which is concerned with studying the human being from all aspects of his life, including the study of the personality, its interactions, and its reaction to events and events, and its reactions, The research assumes that each society has special characteristics and characteristics that cast their shadow on the building of the individual’s personality, and thus contribute to the formation and construction of public opinion, its inclinations, and its responses.
