Abstract
Translation plays a crucial role in facilitating communication and understanding between individuals and organizations with varying linguistic and cultural backgrounds. The accuracy and reliability of translation is crucial to ensuring that the intended meaning is conveyed accurately and effectively in the context of official documents and texts, which is why the legal framework that regulates the reliability and quality of translated documents is extremely important to maintain the credibility of the translation process and legal confidence in its authenticity. This research aims to explore the legal mechanisms and legislative texts that govern the reliability and quality of translation of official documents and texts, with a focus on the problems that arise in this context and opportunities to overcome them, by studying current legal solutions and their effects on the quality of translation. This research is also part of the contribution to Ongoing discussions on enhancing the reliability and quality of translated documents in the legal and official field.
