The importance of the Iraqi secular political parties after 2003AD comes through their political programs that include the function of expressing the desires of the masses, without political parties, it is not imagined that the demands would reach the ears of the ruling authority, and the citizen is not able to influence issues related to public life. The political parties translate these The demands within the framework of the general principles espoused by the party to a specific program that takes into account the realistic conditions in which the party conducts its activities, and the concept of peacebuilding in the programs of these parties was implicitly referred to by emphasizing the building of the state on constitutional and legal foundations based on citizenship regardless of Religion, nationalism and gender are closely linked in all fields, especially as it aims to create long-term stability and justice, good governance and rebuilding the infrastructure of the state. The study came to clarify the relationship between the programs of political parties and the peace-building process by identifying the programs of the Iraqi secular political parties in all legal, political, social and economic fields to find out the potential for progress and regression in their role in the peace-building process, and whether they are able to build an independent state and establish a political life A stable social and economic situation for the Iraqi society, creating a good relationship between the political system and society, and upgrading all political, social and economic fields.
