Abstract
Endangering the national foundations of the state and its unity, which is represented by the person of the head of state, is no longer confined to the usual (traditional) form, but rather has become dressed in a new form, aiming to keep pace with the development made by modern technology, and the technologies it has produced that have made the intelligent person unable to distinguish between truth and falsehood. Perhaps the technology of three-dimensional laser embossed images, or what is known as (hologram) technology, is one of the most important forms of technology that is exploited for this purpose, as it has been used (particularly recently) in order to attribute certain actions to the person of the head of state that require him to be held accountable And it violates the immunity granted to him in the face of legal rules, whether civil or criminal, by portraying his image in a form that resembles what he is in reality, which requires explaining how the simulation of reality is carried out and its reflection on a very important topic from both the national and international standpoints. It is the immunity of the head of state.
