| Abstract | ||
| The concept of Administrative governance is new in the world of public Administration ,which led thinkers and scholars to disagree on the definition of a comprehensive obstacle to it, and this is what we will address in this research ,as we will study the definition of Administrative governance , its origin, goals, importance , requirements, principles, and obstacles to its application , and then its role in protecting the rights of Individuals .because of its important role in overcoming the financial crises that affected the world more than once , as well as because of its reliance on the latest and best technologies available in the world. The importance of the research lies in arriving at the nature of administrative governance and identifying its goals, components and obstacles to applying this governance, and its role in protecting the rights of individuals as it is a new mechanism among the public administration mechanisms adopted to guarantee the rights of individuals. We will rely on the descriptive and analytical-deductive approach in this research in order to describe this mechanism that public administration has begun to implement in some countries. We will divide this research into two requirements, the first of which is to explain the concept of administrative governance, while the second is to clarify the provisions of administrative governance and its role in protecting the rights of individuals, and we will conclude the research with some results and recommendations. | ||
