Abstract
The international community has paid the utmost attention to the right of states, countries and individuals to development and growth in all aspects of life because of its comprehensiveness in all aspects and the need of all for it. It is not possible to enjoy a right permanently unless this growth is accompanied by it, because a person naturally becomes satisfied with a certain situation as well as remaining in the same state. Without it developing, therefore society decided to include it in the human rights system and worked to oblige states to observe it without depriving anyone of it unjustly. In light of it, many bilateral and collective charters and agreements were issued that focused primarily on the right to development, in addition to issuing many The declarations that work to protect them, most notably the United Nations Charter and the two International Covenants on Human Rights, given their close relationship and connected link to other human rights due to their comprehensiveness, expansion, and dominance over the rest of the economic, social, political, cultural, physical, and other areas of life.
