Biodiversity represents one of the problems related to the environment, all countries aim to achieve great mutations in the field of development in order to achieve progress and advancement, but on the other hand, this leads to the depletion of many natural resources and wealth, and there is no doubt that the issue of preserving the environment and its elements without any fundamental change, is a very important and the protection of endangered species has positive implications for the achievement of Development, which in turn solves the multiple problems facing humanity, as it allows assessing risks, spreading awareness and directing political action at the local, regional and international levels, and this, of course, is what distinguishes international efforts in preserving and protecting that biodiversity and proving international responsibility for harmful acts and accountability of the Causer and compensation resulting from that damage. The negative use of the environment by the human race represents a factor in the destruction, extinction and extinction of living and non-living organisms, which causes the loss of biological diversity and a violation of international environmental law, and knowledge of the factors affecting the classification of these organisms.
