| Abstract | ||
| Acquired rights are considered the cornerstone of the administrative law system، as it is necessary to protect them and ensure their continuity، in the context of withdrawing administrative decisions، to show increasing interest in guarantees of acquired rights، especially the formal aspects surrounding the withdrawal process. This issue requires in-depth study to ensure that administrative withdrawal is carried out. In a fair legal manner، taking into account the acquired rights of individuals، which requires taking into account the formal guarantees that guarantee the continuity of the rights acquired during the administrative withdrawal process، and the analysis necessary to understand how to apply the formal guarantees in cases of administrative withdrawal. Therefore، research into this topic was important to understand how to protect Acquired rights of addressees while withdrawing administrative decisions and ensuring fair and transparent procedures. In order to study the research topic and discuss its most important axes and analyze them in depth and understanding, we will resort to more than one method in order to reach the desired goal of the study.
