Abstract
The research seeks to show the importance of inheritance science in the conservation, development and circulation of money by breaking up wealth and not confined to the hands of a few people, by clarifying the legitimate purposes of the two sheikhs Tantawi and Zuhaili in their interpretation of the mediator and the balance between them through applied models of the duties of children, fathers, husband and wife, and the legitimacy of the will, and one having neither descendants nor ascendants
