Since the law - in the contemporary state - represents the guardian and guide for any effort, whether undertaken by governments or individuals, and since the role of legislative specialization in achieving sustainable development is still not highlighted by specialists, and since the enactment of specialized legislation in the direction of achieving sustainable development is a transformational approach towards addressing the pressing environmental, social and economic challenges of our time; because it aims to address fundamental issues that drive effective change towards a more sustainable future by focusing on specific areas, this study came to answer questions focused on the concept and role of legislative specialization in achieving sustainable development, by following the methodology of analysis and comparison. The study came out with a result indicating the necessity of relying on the standard of applied efficiency in evaluating legal texts specialized in sustainable development, and that specialized legal texts should be clear in determining the form of interaction between governments, the business sector and civil society as strategic partners, as well as Innovation in texts is the driving force for developing cooperation and communication between countries
