Abstract
The aim of the current research is to identify: - The level of administrative and financial stability of the clubs in the Iraqi Premier Basketball League from the perspective of the members of the administrative bodies. - The level of organizational prosperity and its dimensions of the clubs in the Iraqi Premier Basketball League from the perspective of the members of the administrative bodies. - The relationship between administrative and financial stability and organizational prosperity of the clubs in the Iraqi Premier Basketball League. The research population consisted of members of the administrative bodies of the sports clubs participating in the Iraqi Premier Basketball League for the sports season 2023-2024, totaling 110 administrative body members. To achieve the research objectives, the researchers adapted the administrative and financial stability scale developed by (Al-Sufi, 2022) and constructed a scale for organizational prosperity. Statistical methods used for reaching the results included (mean, standard deviation, simple correlation coefficient, t-test). The researchers concluded a number of findings, the most important of which is that administrative and financial stability positively reflects on the reality of administrative development and organizational prosperity in the clubs of the Iraqi Premier Basketball League. The researchers recommend that the management of the clubs in the Iraqi Premier Basketball League should increase their focus on administrative and financial stability to enhance the level of organizational prosperity, which would reflect in achieving outstanding results.
