Abstract
The aim of the research is to find the effect of an exercise on the dimensionality, to check, the difference sign, the small difference sign, the difference sign, the difference sign, the difference sign, and the Av. Significant effect of special exercises using (rubber rope) on the special endurance and achievement between the experimental research groups and the post-control group. The experimental group did not exercise the implementation of the research experiment on a sample of the team swimmers of Dohuk Governorate, the specialty of (100) breaststroke for youth subject number (12) swimmers, then two groups were formed. Of the experimental and control groups, with (6) swimmers for the experimental group and (6) swimmers for the control group, this was done by drawing lots, and equivalence was launched between the two groups in the research variables. ), and the knowledge reached the following conclusion: Work on training swimmers according to special exercises using the special rubber rope and achievement for speed swimmers in their training curricula.
