| Abstract | ||
| The study aimed to clarify what it means to deal with violations of pipelines and oil fields affiliated with the Ministry of Oil in, and what it means to deal with violations of pipelines and oil fields affiliated with the Ministry of Oil in, within the framework of ensuring justice and punishing violators, especially the independence and lack of influence of the judiciary, and for the sake of defense About rights or opening doors to achieve justice. The problem of the study was to answer the question: What are the legal mechanisms to confront violations of pipelines and oil fields? It has been shown through the analytical descriptive research approach that the legal mechanisms to confront violations of pipelines and oil fields are represented in a set of laws. And the procedures he established to punish the transgressor. The study produced a set of results, including that the concept of legal mechanisms to confront violations of pipelines and oil fields of the Ministry of Oil in Iraq can be implemented within a set of frameworks that achieve justice and punish the transgressor, the most prominent of which are the independence of the judiciary, not influencing it, establishing rights, and opening doors or so in order to achieve justice. The executive and oversight mechanisms for violations of pipelines and oil fields of the Ministry of Oil in Iraq are based on legitimate oversight, which is covered by three types of oversight: political oversight, administrative oversight, and judicial oversight. | ||
