Abstract
يسعى البحث الى اختبار تأثير مخرجات العاملين (بالمشروعات الصناعية الصغيرة لمدينة بغداد) على ادائهم التشغيلي تطبيقاً لأنموذج جامعة كورنيل ومؤسسة جفتي للأبحاث. إذ اختيرت عينة تتألف من (16) مشروعاً صغيراً لتكون مجتمعاً لأجراء البحث مركزاً على عينة تتكون من (80) عاملاً فيها. وأختبرت فرضيتين أساسيتين تؤكدان على علاقة وتأثير هذين المتغيرين بغية تأشير مدى قبول وتطبيق هذا النموذج في البيئة الصناعية العراقية وللمشروعات الصغيرة فيها.
