| The information included in the commercial agency contract is information of great importance to its owner or possessor, as it is often related to the production of a commodity, technical information, technology of manufacturing a commodity, marketing plans for it, customers for that commodity, or innovative financial and commercial studies. In view of the importance of this information and the fact that it is subject to disclosure by the commercial agent, whether it is an obligation on him, as in the technology transfer contracts and what they contain of the obligation to disclose part of the technological knowledge to the recipient under the obligation to inform or by virtue of dealing with third parties and the latter disclosing it, it has become a matter of It is important that we deal with this type of commitment to show the importance of its implementation and what might follow in terms of maintaining it, as well as the compensation that results from non-compliance with it. | ||
