| The study addressed the importance of institutional integration in general and then the crisis of institutional integration in Iraq in particular, as institutional integration leads to the division of labor of the constitutional institutions that make up the political system, as each institution performs its duties independently while cooperating among them to achieve the principle of institutional integration, as the system is The Iraqi political system is a parliamentary system based on the distribution of competencies and powers to constitutional institutions. The constitution created a state of cooperation among them at the structural and functional levels. The Iraqi political experience after 2005 was characterized by weakness due to the modernity of the political experience and the transformation of the political system from a unilateral system to a multi-party system, and the adoption of a sectarian quota system.
