Abstract
The study aims to treat electronic addiction and social isolation that children are currently experiencing using aerobic exercises and motor stories. A purposive sample of 32 students who showed signs of addiction and isolation was selected. Their parents were contacted to answer several questions related to the research variables. Based on this, hypotheses were formulated and tested using statistical methods analysed with SPSS and Google Drive models. An electronic questionnaire form was published on the social media platform Telegram. The researcher reached several conclusions, the most important of which is that there is a significant positive change in the child’s behavior after discontinuing electronic screens and participating in group motor games and school activities. This led to an improvement in the child’s academic performance, as confirmed by the parents. The researcher also recommended that parents engage their children in simple and entertaining motor games that can be performed at home, which increase physical activity and improve the children’s psychological state.
