Abstract
Aims: The study aimed investigate the role of the commercial relations of the Fallujah city with the surrounding region. The functional approach was then applied to identify the regional influence of commercial institutions and determine the number of the visitors to the city by using statistical and field methods. The intensive region is centered in the city and its surrounding villages, while the wide region includes the nearby districts and sub-districts such as (Al-Amiriya, Al-Karmah, Al-Habbaniyah, and Al-Suqlaweiyah sub-district).
