Abstract
The current research goal is to: - Identifying the degree of coping methods of psychological stress in all its dimensions among team sports players (football, basketball, handball) in the city of Mosul. - Identifying the statistical differences between players of group games (football, basketball, handball) in coping methods of psychological stress. The researchers hypothesized - There are no statistically significant differences between team sports players (football, basketball, handball) in the city of Mosul in the measure of coping methods of psychological stress. The research community was represented by players of collective games (football, basketball, handball) in the city of Mosul for the season 2022/2023 and participants in Iraq competitions in various events and they represent Mosul football clubs, Nineveh Workers Club in basketball and Al-Fatwa Club in handball, whose number is (58 players). divided as follows (25 soccer players), (15 basketball players) and (18 handball players), while the research sample was chosen deliberately from the research community, which is (42 players) divided as follows (15 players (football), (12 basketball players) and (15 handball players) after the sample of the exploratory experiment and the stability of the scale (16 players) was excluded. Thus, the percentage of the research sample reached (72.41%) of the total research community.
