Abstract
The main role and focus of the work that is assigned to him, which is the responsibility of the real estate boundary stabilizer, is to clarify the boundaries of the real estate area and define them accurately, on the one hand, and on the other hand, he is solely responsible for this matter, as he is knowledgeable and an expert in these technical issues. That is, it is a role that is not given to everyone. An employee unless he has a high level of intelligence and acumen because this role requires the ability to work and his unusual skills due to the damage that results from any mistake of the property boundary adjuster, even if this mistake is simple. Since the Iraqi legislator did not adequately regulate this issue, which obliged the person determining the boundaries of the property to be more careful and attentive due to his duty. If the person fixing the boundaries commits a mistake, who is the party obligated to compensate the property owner for the damages he suffers due to this error in fixing the boundaries, and the problems related to disrupting the rules of compliance regarding the statute of limitations?
