Abstract
In light of the rapid developments and increasing challenges that the world is witnessing at various levels, the search for innovative solutions becomes an urgent necessity to respond to emergency situations, and perhaps artificial intelligence is one of the most important technological tools that have proven their ability and effectiveness in this field. Artificial intelligence has contributed to the creation of smart solutions in various fields to confront contemporary challenges, in light of the qualitative shift witnessed by computer technologies - and the analysis of large amounts of data in recent years, and this rapid development in computing technologies has been reflected in the expansion of the use of artificial intelligence, especially in confronting the complex challenges facing countries. The latest book on artificial intelligence and the Israeli war on Gaza and southern Lebanon was published by Adnan House and Library in Baghdad in late 2024 by researchers (Anbar Dolbenko and Lidan Antebi) and was titled (From Innovation to Destruction.... Israel's Use of Artificial Intelligence in Genocide Operations in Gaza and the Suburb) and was prepared and translated by Dr. Qasim Muhammad Hassan Al-Asadi
