Praise be to God, Lord of the worlds, and prayers and peace be upon our Master Muhammad and his family and companions - this academic study demonstrated the scientific study adopted by Imam al-Taftazani, may God have mercy on him - through his book Sharh al-Maqasid in which he dealt with the logical premises, then dealt with the issues of belief represented in the issues of (theology, prophecies and hearsay). In this research study with regard to his methodology through what he dealt with in his book Sharh al-Maqasid, how he dealt with the doctrinal content it contained, he studied the position of the heavenly religions represented by Judaism, Christianity and the Magi religion, and then between the sayings of the teams that had their own opinion on issues of belief such as The Kharijites, the Mu'tazila, and the Philosophers.
It was the task of the study; It is a statement of the methodology of Imam al-Taftazani, may God have mercy on him, and how he dealt with these various opinions. between those religions and other sects. This study was important through introducing each religion or sect that he presented in his book Sharh al-Maqasid. Then explaining their views through the issues of faith represented by divinities, prophecies and hearsay, through his book Sharh al-Maqasid.
