| The science of the principles of jurisprudence has an important position in the field of ijtihad and deduction, as it is the title of legislative trust, and it combines the reasonable and the transmitted, and in addition to the importance of the science of principles, the great importance of the founder of this great science: Imam Al-Shafi’i, may God have mercy on him, who is considered the first codifier of this honorable science in an independent classification, and then After him, the works of scholars and their compilations on the fundamentals followed, then the scholars followed after him, each giving his own interpretation between brief and verbose, and from this point of view, this research was entitled (Realization of the article regarding the sayings attributed to Imam Shafi’i in the principles of jurisprudence in the chapter of the Sunnah), Based on the methodology of the fundamentalist study, my research plan came in an introduction, six demands, and a conclusion: The first requirement: the abstract act of the Prophet, may God’s prayers and peace be upon him, whose attributes were not known. The third requirement is the news of the sender, the fourth requirement is the narration of the boy, the fifth requirement is the difference in the permissibility of transmitting the hadith in the meaning, the sixth requirement is the work of the narrator other than his narration, and the conclusion contains the most important findings and recommendations.
