The research addresses issues related to hair in order to trace them in detail and explain their rulings in detail, including the ancient ones such as dyeing and dyeing, and the modern ones such as hair transplantation and wearing what is known today as wigs, among the issues narrated by Muthanna Ibn al-Anbari on the authority of Imam Ahmad ibn Hanbal - may God have mercy on them -, which is the matter. Which gives Islamic law the characteristic of renewal in itself and its dispensation with anything else, through the treatments it has established for the new calamities and contemporary issues, and thus it proves its completeness and that it is an integrated way of life. This is because the research is in full contact with the life of the accountable person in particular and the great development and tremendous expansion in the medical fields in general and poetry and what is related to it in particular. Therefore, we have chosen this part as an example to illustrate the article’s approach to the approach taken by Muthanna Ibn al-Anbari in his narration on the authority of Imam Ahmad, which in turn will reveal the Imam’s ruling. Ahmed, may God have mercy on him, began with these issues, then added the rest of the schools of thought at the end, to be a comparative jurisprudential study.
As for these issues, they varied in quantity and type, and were distributed among more than one point of view. As for the first point of research, it was about the issue of hair dyeing and what is permissible and what is not. As for the second point of view, it was about a woman attaching her hair to something else and what is attached to it, such as a wig. As for the third point, it was about trimming the face and the rulings on shaving. The beard, another for shaving the hair of the head with a razor, and the last face that the research focused on is shaving the nape. |
