| Abstract | ||
| The current research aims at identifying the differences using specialized training devices in a number of physical variables for young category of female volleyball players of the experimental group in addition to identifying the differences in the number of variables of the female young volleyball players who represent the control group and identifying the differences in the number of physical variables of the youth category of volleyball players in both the experimental and the control groups. The research indicates that using the training devices is considered the most important pillars that plays a great and effective role in developing the physical capacities. The lack of such devices and convenient tools that are relevant to the subject, motivated the researchers to use specialized training devices to develop the physical capabilities of the volleyball female players. The researchers used the experimental methodology as it is convenient to be used with the research. The research sample consisted of 16 young female volleyball players from Qaraqosh Volleyball Club in Nineveh Governorate of the youth category who were deliberately selected and they were divided by lot into two groups (the experimental and the control groups) and each group involved (8) female players.
