Abstract
Domestic violence has become widespread within the framework of family relationships based on marriage or kinship, and within the framework of this study we will limit the scope of research to violence committed within the framework of the marriage relationship. The idea that prevails in our societies is that violence within the framework of family relationships based on marriage is always committed by the husband. against the wife, by virtue of the biological composition of the husband and his superiority in physical and mental strength over the wife, but today’s reality has produced cases confirming the existence of cases of husband’s violence on the part of his wife, whether it is physical abuse or moral abuse, which prompted us to extrapolate and analyze the texts of the laws related to combating domestic violence in order to deduce Legal models for domestic violence crimes in which the husband is the victim and the wife is the perpetrator.
