| Abstract | ||
| Analogy remains a fertile ground and a difficult path to progress. Not everyone who tries it has mastered it, and only those who practice it understand it. The majority of the nation has confirmed it as evidence, and the Zahiris have denied it completely and in detail. The dispute over its details has continued to be wide and long. Those who confirm it have disputed among themselves over whether it is authentic or incorrect, and all of them, God willing. He seeks and intends the truth, so as not to include in the rulings of the Sharia what is not part of it The one who is ignorant of the principles is certain that he is a stranger to them، Their first disagreement was in drawing it alone, and it was said about it that is close to what is correct and its opposite, and scholars have opinions about accepting it and rejecting it, but what makes those limits close is that they include its four pillars: the origin, its ruling, the branch, and the cause. | ||
