Abstract
Study Aims to: Reveal the degree of administrative bullying among the administrations of primary schools in the center of Nineveh Governorate from the perspective of physical education teachers, as observed through their practice of sports activities. The descriptive method was used to achieve the research objectives, and a tool to measure administrative bullying was developed and validated for accuracy and reliability. The study was applied to a sample consisting of 260 teachers. The study showed the presence of administrative bullying at a low level in the dimensions of the scale (planning, organization, communication, execution of sports activities) and a moderate level in the dimension of control. Overall, the degree of administrative bullying was low. The researcher recommends raising awareness among school administrations about the dangers of administrative bullying and its impact on sports achievements and high staff turnover through educational courses
