Abstract
This research addresses the issue of investing in the purchase of virtual land on the NextEarth platform. It includes the concepts of investment and virtual land, an introduction to the platform, the methods of benefiting from such land, its reality, its connection to digital currencies, and the ruling on purchasing it. The research relies on the methods of induction and analysis and arrives at several conclusions, including. 1. Defining virtual land as a digital plot that can be owned on one of the metaverse platforms. 2. .Identifying several methods of investing in it, such as holding virtual land as an asset that increases in value over time, leasing the owned virtual land to advertising companies, advertising one's own company on the owned land, and establishing awareness or profit-driven virtual projects on it. 3. Permitting investment in it based on the permissibility of dealing with digital currencies when sanctioned by the authority, due to their close connection.
