Abstract
Artificial intelligence has become a widely used term these years to the extent that fears have begun in the control of machines over the world and the decline of the role of humans, although reality is still far from approaching this vision. Artificial intelligence is one of the most important tools of the industrial revolution due to the multiple aspects of its use and fields, as it has entered many industrial and research fields such as robotics and smart services for governments and companies. In light of these developments, it has become necessary to adapt laws, regulations and policies to the information age and its development. Artificial intelligence has become one of the most important factors that greatly affect the level of progress and economic growth in the world. One of the reasons for choosing the topic is to address one of the important topics in banking operations that has not been previously addressed and to shed light on the role of artificial intelligence in providing and raising the efficiency of banking services. Since studies and sources of artificial intelligence are few and rare and to address the shortcomings of the topic, we decided to choose the topic of the study. As for the methodology of the topic, we followed the descriptive analytical approach in writing our study
