| Abstract | ||
| International powers based on high organization in building forces, which, as we have shown, seek to a high degree from many of the rest of the war between countries in order to exert their efforts and impose the hegemony of deterrent force, so international military capabilities have developed for lethal military force and conflict of interests with, protecting states and causing In the outbreak of wars that appear in various parts of the world, even these conflicts lead to the emergence of organizations. The importance of the research lies in the fact that international balance is of utmost importance in maintaining the global stability of countries. By stability, we mean, as much as possible, staying away from international conflicts and wars in resolving disputes. What is important in international balance is the establishment of international pluralism, or in other words, bipolarity. To maintain this pluralism in the superpower and from it global stability, we support the emphasis on bipolarity to maintain stable interests. | ||
