Abstract
The current research aims to measure the level of fine motor skills among special education students in the center of Nineveh Governorate and to determine the significance of differences in the level of motor skills among special education students according to the gender variable (males - females). The current research was limited to special education students in the center of Nineveh Governorate for the academic year (2024-2025) The researchers relied on the descriptive approach because it is compatible with the nature of the research and its objectives. The research sample consisted of150 male and female students. As for the tool, the researchers prepared a test for fine motor skills consisting in its initial form of 13 paragraphs that was applied 0,82 to special education students. The research reached the results, including the presence of a difference in favor of the arithmetic mean, meaning that the students have fine motor skills and the presence of statistically significant differences according to the gender variable (males, females) in favor of males.
