| Abstract | ||
| This research examines the use of blockchain technology in preserving and proving civil evidence within the legal judicial system. The study discusses the concept and operation of blockchain technology, highlighting how it can be used to document digital evidence, enhancing transparency and security in legal proceedings. The research also addresses the legal and technical challenges that arise when implementing this technology in judicial systems, along with exploring successful international experiences. In conclusion, the study offers various suggestions to improve the legal and legislative framework related to blockchain and its application in civil cases, focusing on data protection and privacy The scope of this research is determined within the framework of private law, specifically civil cases related to digital evidence and judicial procedures. The research focuses on studying the application of blockchain technology in cases related to civil contracts, intellectual property, wills, and inheritance, in addition to disputes related to electronic transactions. The research hypothesis is based on the fact that blockchain technology provides an innovative and effective solution for preserving and proving civil evidence, thanks to its distinct characteristics in terms of transparency, security, and tamper-proof. However, the application of this technology faces legal and regulatory challenges that require legislative and judicial intervention to achieve effective integration between blockchain and the legal system. | ||
