| Abstract | ||
| The use of artificial intelligence technologies by global banks today has become an effective means of addressing the rapid developments in banking and the expansion of economic and commercial activities, along with the accompanying requirements for speed, credit, and reliability required in banking. This is no longer an objective or goal that banks seek to achieve or reach. This means that the use of these technologies has become a reality that requires everyone—legislators, judges, and jurists, as well as users and users of these technologies, such as clients or other parties and entities—to engage with these technologies with knowledge and awareness of the legal system that is supposed to govern them, on the one hand, and the legal implications of their use, on the other. This calls for us to investigate the effectiveness of using smart artificial intelligence applications in banking services and the legal implications of such use. This is achieved by examining their effectiveness, identifying the most important functions these technologies can perform, and identifying the most important obligations imposed on banks to comply legally with the use of artificial intelligence technologies in banking services. | ||
