Abstract
The impact of human security on development and political stability in developing countries is an important topic. Human security is defined as the protection provided by governments and the international community to an individual so that he can live a dignified life free from threats and risks. The commitment of states to ensure human security cherishes opportunities for sustainable development and promotes political stability. In developing countries, human security is crucial to achieving sustainable development, as it contributes to the creation of a stable environment that encourages investment and economic development. Since human security encompasses many aspects of daily life, such as health, education, food and drink, the provision of these basic needs contributes to raising the standard of living and promoting social progress, in terms of political stability, human security is also a decisive factor. Maintaining the security of individuals and guaranteeing their rights enhances trust in the government and reduces the likelihood of internal conflicts and coups. Thus, improving human security can contribute to enhancing political stability and maintaining the political system. It is clear that human security plays a vital role in promoting economic development.
